Criterion G: 12/22

For my project I want to be able to convey upcoming events related to school activities that it will motivate students in attending these events. My main target is to create an electronic announcement posted on the web were everybody is able to see. Since one of the main problems in creating posters and flyers and passing it around the school does not help and no one will notice the upcoming events, which is the problem at school. The flyer that i will post on the web would be on one of the social websites like Facebook since many students at Al-Arqam and teachers have an account which will make it easier to grab my audience in conveying the upcoming event. The events would be mostly related to sports tournament. For my IT solution an approaching to this problem I o create my flyer to a hardware or a software like photoshop to publish this document onto the website. Mainly the upper grades (6th-12th) would have better access in seeing the announcement, which then the news will be spreded around the school. Another possible IT solution that may work is to create a video like a short commercial related to the event that it may also grab the audiences attention even better.
